At SONDR., we stand by the quality of our apparel. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our brand.
Refunds – Damaged Items Only
We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged. Change-of-mind refunds or returns are not accepted. This policy is enforced to maintain control over the resale market.
To request a refund for a damaged item:
- Contact us at hello@sondr.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the damaged item(s).
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Exchanges – Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please email hello@sondr.com.au to arrange the exchange.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping provider for any delivery issues.
Return Shipping Costs
For all approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
